Sales Terms and Return Policy

Buyer to pay shipping/handling and insurance. Please allow 10 days for personal check to clear, or send cashier's check or money order for quicker shipping. Ohio residents must add 7.5% sales tax to all purchases. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, TO PO BOXES, OR TO AFO/FPO ADDRESSES.

Items may be backordered and sometimes discontinued by our vendors, occasionally requiring unexpected delays and shipping time. You will be notified ASAP if any of your items are on back order, delayed in any way or discontinued.

We do not ship to any PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

In the event of incomplete address or if the customer makes any alteration to the shipping address after package has been scanned for delivery, MarysvilleGoodiesGalore.com is not responsible for any delay, damage or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer. If any additional charges are imposed on MarysvilleGoodiesGalore.com for the above reasons, you will be notified via email and billed the additional charges incurred.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped to purchasers within the State of Ohio (7.5%) or shipped to addresses inside the State of Ohio. This is due to the fact that our Corporate Office is in Ohio. All other States are considered tax exempt at this time and not charged tax by us.

CARE & HANDLING OF CHOCOLATES
During warm weather months (May through October), we may ship using insulated boxes and ice packs in order for your chocolates to arrive in pristine condition. An additional surcharge may apply in order to expedite shipping during these warm weather months.

Since temperatures vary across the country, we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend in order to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
